Today, on October 11th, 2018, The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) will change the cryptographic keys that help protect the Internet’s Domain Name System. 

According to ICANN, "the anticipated number of end users negatively impacted by the KSK rollover is significantly less than the community-specified threshold of 0.5% of end users, and the identification and remediation of that negative impact should be straightforward for those affected."

Whether you will be affected or not - depends on your Internet provider being ready for KSK Rollover.
