How to deposit via Thai local bank with H2P (ภาษาไทย)

 

* Note that rare delays up to 48 hours with deposits may occur. Traders have to make sure that a balance of a trading account is supported with additional free funds for such instances in advance.

 

QR Code via Mobile Banking or PromptPay

1. Go to deposit page in your cabinet. Choose H2P deposit method and select QR Code-PromptPay. Minimum deposit is 500 THB.

2. Scan QR Code via your Mobile Banking application or transfer to PromptPay phone number, then click Confirm button.

3. Check you deposit status at Deposit History menu
"Done" status means the deposit is successful.
"Processing" status means the deposit is adding to your trading account. Please wait for 1-30 minutes.
"Undone" status means the deposit is not successful.

 

4. If the fund was deducted from your bank account but not added to your trading account. Please send a transaction receipt to thai@fxclearing.com for verification.

 

 

Kasikorn Bank

* Kasikorn Bank will cut the end of day at 22:00 - 24:00 Thailand time every day. Please do not deposit during this time.

 

1. Go to deposit page in your cabinet. Choose trading account number and enter deposit amount. Minimum deposit is 500 THB and click "Submit" button.

 

2. Enter your K-Cyber username and password.
* K-Cyber account is different from K Plus account on mobile application. If you don't have K-Cyber account please open it first.

 

3. The page is processing. It could take some time. Please wait. Do not click any buttons.

 

4. Choose your bank account for the deposit.
* For first time deposit, there is a process to add destination bank accounut prior to this step.

 

 

5. Enter your OTP code via SMS.

 

6. If an error is shown. Please check your transfer limit of your bank account.

 

7. If the error is shown. Please set your K-Cyber account to use "SMS-OTP" option.

 

 

8. Check you deposit status at Deposit History menu
"Done" status means the deposit is successful.
"Processing" status means the deposit is adding to your trading account. Please wait for 1-30 minutes.
"Undone" status means the deposit is not successful.

 

9. If the fund was deducted from your bank account but not added to your trading account. Please send a transaction receipt to thai@fxclearing.com for verification.

 

 

Siam Commercial Bank (SCB)

1. Go to deposit page in your cabinet. Choose trading account number and enter deposit amount. Minimum deposit is 500 THB and click "Submit" button.

 

2. Enter your SCB Easy Net username and password.
* SCB Easy Net account is different from SCB Easy account on mobile application. If you don't have SCB Easy Net account please open it first.

 

3. The page is processing. It could take some time. Please wait. Do not click any buttons.

 

4. Choose your bank account for the deposit.

 

5. Enter your OTP code via SMS.

 

6. If the error is shown. Please check your transfer limit of your bank account.

 

8. Check you deposit status at Deposit History menu

Bangkok Bank

* Bangkok bank system is not quite stable. Please be ready to deposit to other bank accounts in case of emergency.

1. Go to deposit page in your cabinet. Choose trading account number and enter deposit amount. Minimum deposit is 500 THB and click "Submit" button.

 

2. Enter your Bualuang iBanking username and password.
* Bualuang iBanking account is different from Bualuang mBanking account on mobile application. If you don't have Bualuang iBanking account please open it first.

 

3. The page is processing. It could take some time. Please wait. Do not click any buttons.

 

If the error is shown. It means that you do not activate OTP service in your bank account.

Please log in to iBanking account and go to "My Setting" and click "Activate SMS OTP Service"

 

4. Choose your bank account for the deposit.
